ELEMENTS OF SPICE » TINS » RUBS Rubs are like aromatherapy for your food. Once blended with oil and a little lemon juice, they can be massaged onto meat, poultry or fish before cooking to form a wonderfully flavourful crust that will give your food instant restaurant-like appeal. But they’re also versatile; rub mixed into olive oil is perfect as a ‘dipper’ for bread. Blended into mayonnaise, they make a gourmet accompaniment to grilled steak, tuna or prawns.

Elements of Spice rubs are packaged in beautiful tins with clear lids so that the delicious-looking spice blends can be seen inside. The lid is embossed with the Elements of Spice logo. The labels include full-colour photography showing the rubs artfully arranged in eye-catching patterns.
