The Cape Herb & Spice Company’s Table Top grinders are must-have culinary classics. Using top-quality ingredients, free of MSG and additives, they’re practical, everyday blends. The blends are British Retail Consortium and Kosher-Parev-certified and all the herb and spice cuts are large in order to retain the flavour-laden essential oils.
Spices are sourced from around the world and The Cape Herb & Spice Company has stringent quality control procedures to make sure you get the very best. The sea salt used in our products is from the west coast of South Africa, which is rich in trace elements and minerals. Many of The Cape Herb & Spice Company’s herbs are sourced from an organic farm nestling in the foothills of South Africa’s central Drakensberg Mountains. They are left uncrushed to retain their flavour and aroma. The peppercorns are Sarawak from Malaysia and are steam sterilised and are regarded as premium-quality.
The Table Top range is packaged in attractive, re-cycled, 100ml glass bottles with biodegradable grinders in clear PET. We’ve worked hard at making the range beautiful so that every cook will proudly display them in the kitchen. You’ll find customised artwork on each bottle. Each bottle has a tamperproof-seal with perforated opening and a snap-lock lid to preserve freshness.
The Cape Herb & Spice Company is committed to environmental conservation and so we’ve designed the Table Top range’s packaging to be re-usable. The grinder can be twisted off easily and the bottle refilled and re-used up to four times. Refill packs are available in PET containers with labels designed to match the range.
