Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, with its smooth, mellow taste, is the highest quality. We source our Madagascan-bourbon vanilla pods from the source, and seal these treasures, 2 pods per package, to retain freshness and flavour. Vanilla is revered for its peculiar bouquet best described as pure, spicy and delicate, with a complex floral aroma and was used to flavour the drinks of aztec queens.
